Sage Renovation
This exciting, large scale renovation took several months of planning, but all the extra effort is sure paying off. As soon as we tore out a few unnecessary walls, the entire space opened up and became brighter.
With a goal of creating an expansive and airy, comfortable space in which to gather with extended family and friends, we collaborated with the owner to create a final design that incorporates traditional touches while taking advantage of modern products. Currently at the finish stage.

Cardinal Renovation
& Garage Addition
This renovation is about as deep as it gets. Complete demolishion down to the studs, this homeowner wanted to start completely fresh. From new plumbing and electrical to new windows and siding, they will be enjoying all of the latest conveniences.
This home has been completely redesigned to work for the young family moving in. Including a spacious entry room, a wide kitchen packed with storage ammenities, and plenty of public and private living space, this practically new home will be ready to flex with their family's needs.
