About Us
Paul and Lynne Breister have owned Crown Point Builders, Inc. since 1997 but have worked in the construction industry since 1983. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota - Mpls. (1982), and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana (1983). Lynne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing from the University of Minnesota - Mpls. (1984). The greatest strength/advantage that they offer to Clients is that they operate as a team. Thus, when a couple comes in to talk about a house or a single woman comes in to talk about a kitchen or bath remodel they can be assured that they will be heard. Paul and Lynne understand that a home is so much more than brick and mortar, they make sure that they understand how you want your home to "feel". It is not uncommon, an hour into an initial meeting, to hear a woman exclaim "They understand what I want!".
